American athletes contested both the track and cyclo-cross World Cup finales over the weekend. On the track, Cody O’Reilly was the top American while Jonathan Page turned in the top finish at the cyclo-cross event. USA Cycling announced its 2010 regional development camps schedule and 20 Americans are preparing for the Cyclo-cross World Championships next weekend.

Mass start time standard test offered January 9

All athletes with a valid Track category 1, 2, or 3 license are invited to participate in a mass start time standard test on January 9, 2010 at the Home Depot Center Velodrome in Carson, Calif. A mass start time standard test is an opportunity for an athlete to officially achieve a time standard which is one avenue to attain eligibility for consideration to attend the 2010 UCI Track World Championships.

Williams accepts suspension for doping violation
