  1. Right on the mark for most of the video. However he said that saturated fat causes arachadonic acid production. That’s not true, linoleic acid does.

    What does your diet consist of? The best thing you could do to get rid of acne is to cut DAIRY products, Sugars, and Soda. Along with other things as well. But those are true enemies. Meat also has a huge effect

    I noticed when I cut caffeine out of my diet, my acne got a lot better.
    and so now I’m gonna try to cut out pop all together.

Hi, I have dry skin and I get small white bumps on my skin that feel like sand paper, they can’t be popped because there is no white liquid in them and they only show in the light, they come and then disappear for a month or two then they come back, I’m not sure what they are and how to treat them. Thanks!

  20. I have a good diet really and I never had acne really this bad like I have it now. Can anyone give me advice than having a good diet? My acne is mainly around my lips and on my chin.

    @JTYE94 I’ll tell you what worked for me in a few weeks. Drink plenty of water. Eat more vegetables and fruits, seeds and nuts. Eat a lot of dark green vegetables. Make sure you are going to the bathroom at least 2-3 times a day. Don’t eat foods such as: DAIRY, meat, and other horrible mucus building foods. In a month you will see a drastic change. B-)

    not all soaps are good if you want spots away over night dont use soap it has perfume in it and makes your spots more red

    @JTYE94 Go to a doctor, buy acne soap : wash everyday morning and night, or stop eating things or masturbating too much that causes u to have acne. Excersicing is a good way do reduce acne.
