go to a doctor/pharmacist. acne is treatable, dont waste hundreds of pounds
dont do herbal remedies, excessive cleaning routines or ritual prayer, just get some medicine. the acne will stop existing, then after 3 weeks there wont be a spot in sight
majority of the time the pillow is the culprit, oil from hair is transfered onto pillow sleeping on your face eliminates oxygen and causes blockage… change your pillow casing every night… never sleep with oily hair, don’t use gel products, avoid shampoos with excessive amounts of chemicals. don’t use cologne or perfume or scented soaps
It dosen’t dpend on the age your friend probley cleaned her skin and then stopped after how long and that is why she probley got acne and/or broke out.. You just have to clean your face 2times and day morining/night.

omg never mind.. im glad mines is just small acne no biggy but damn
